Marcus started his acting career in 1993, becoming part of an episode of “Grace Under Fire”. Afterwards, he would get other opportunities as a guest appearance or in small role, becoming part of “Thea’, “The Sinbad Show”, “Martin”, and “Me and the Boys”. He would gain a lot of popularity when he was cast as Myles Mitchell in the sitcom “Moesha”, which starred Brandy Norwood as the titular character, and featured her character’s life as a high school student in Los Angeles.
