Before her screen debut, Lisa made stage appearances in such plays as “Cinderella” and “South Pacific”, portraying lead characters in both of them.

Her screen debut came in 1976, in an episode of the TV series “Police Woman”, while the following year she was selected for the role of Tabitha in the TV series “Tabitha Stevens” (1977-1978). In 1978 she had a starring role in the film “Just Tell Me You Love Me”, while also having several roles in the TV series “Fantasy Island” (1978-1981), and “The Love Boat” (1979-1981), not only increasing her net worth but also raising her popularity.

In 1982 she was selected for the role of Ciji Dunne, a singer, in the soap opera “Knots Landing”, however, her character was killed-off the following year. Until the end of the ‘80s, Lisa also appeared in a couple of made-for-television films, including the “Roses Are for the Rich” (1987), among others, all these appearances contributing to her net worth.
