Early in her life, Jaime focused a lot on dancing and gymnastics, while attending Kinston High School. At the young age of 14, she was already modelling, and appeared in Teen Magazine, which gave her the opportunity to become the spokes-model of the International Cover Model Search, travelling around countries including the United States, Japan and Italy.

One of Pressly’s first films would be “Poison Ivy: The New Seduction” which was released in 1997. She would then do various television series such as “Push” and “Mortal Kombat: Conquest”. Afterwards, she was seen in the drama show “Jack and Jill”, before appearing in the indie film “Poor White Trash” portraying Sandy Lake. She continued doing work in films including “Torque” and “Not Another Teen Movie”. Around this time, her modelling work was also increasing, and she even became a spokes-model for Liz Claiborne. They separated in 2008, and a year after she would be engaged to lawyer Simran Singh. They married in September 2009 but she filed for divorce two years later citing irreconcilable differences. Aside from that, Jaime’s mentioned in an interview that she nearly purchased a ticket for one of the flights that crashed into the World Trade Center during the September 11 attacks.
